Guarantee terms

Last updated: May 2026

The guarantee is provided by Experian, not RegRadar

The £10,000 data guarantee referenced on premium reports is provided by Experian, the underlying data provider — not independently by RegRadar. Eligibility and cover are governed by Experian's terms and the live provider response at the time of lookup.

Eligibility

  • Eligibility is determined by the provider response. Not every premium report is guaranteed.
  • The guarantee may not apply where the provider returns an "Unknown" or "Unavailable" status for the checked item.
  • RegRadar does not separately guarantee any vehicle.

How to read guarantee status on your report

Reports show one of:

  • Eligible — provider confirms guarantee applies.
  • Not eligible — provider explicitly excludes guarantee.
  • Unknown — provider did not return a clear status.
  • Unavailable — provider did not return guarantee data.

Official terms

Before purchase, please read the official Experian data guarantee terms: [link to Experian official guarantee terms — to be confirmed].

Acceptance

Where a premium report includes the Experian guarantee, you must read and accept these guarantee terms at checkout. Guarantee eligibility depends on the provider response and Experian's terms.
