Digital reports are delivered instantly
Premium reports are generated immediately on payment. Because the digital content is supplied as soon as you pay, refunds may be limited once a report has been generated, except where required by law.
When we will refund
- Duplicate or failed payments.
- Reports that could not be generated because of a provider outage.
- Where required by UK consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email info@reg-radar.co.uk within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and reason. We aim to respond within one working day.
