These terms govern your use of REGRADAR (operated by ALPINE MOTOR GROUP, company number 16844896). By using the site or purchasing a report you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

RegRadar provides UK vehicle history reports compiled from third-party data providers. We do not own the underlying data and we are not the original source of record for vehicle, finance, theft or MOT data.

2. Data sources & attribution

Reports may include data supplied by Experian (via One Auto API), Cazana / Percayso (via One Auto API), and One Auto API MOT & Tax. Each section of a report is attributed to its source. See our Data Sources page for details.

3. Data accuracy and availability

Data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Missing data does not mean the vehicle is clear — a section is only marked clear where the provider explicitly returns a clear result.

Reports are generated from data available at the time of lookup. Saved reports are historical records and may become outdated. We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, current or fit for any particular purpose.

4. Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct vehicle registration (and VIN/chassis number where required).
• Verify the V5C, VIN/chassis number, MOT history, service history, seller identity and vehicle condition before purchase.
• Do not rely on a RegRadar report as legal, financial or mechanical advice.
• Always obtain an independent inspection before buying a vehicle. No report replaces an independent inspection.

6. Experian data guarantee

Where a report includes the Experian data guarantee, eligibility and cover depend on the provider response and Experian's published terms. RegRadar does not independently guarantee any vehicle. See Guarantee Terms.

7. Independence

RegRadar is an independent vehicle history check service. We are not affiliated with HPI, DVLA, DVSA, Experian, Cazana, Percayso or One Auto API unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegRadar's liability arising from data errors, omissions or report unavailability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected report. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Fair use

You agree not to scrape, resell or misuse the service or data. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version applies to each purchase as accepted at checkout.
